Will I be charged if I have to cancel my trip? No, you will not be charged a penalty fee for canceling
Can I pay my invoice/bill by credit card? Yes, we offer "Intuit" Pay Method. It is safe, easy to use and automatically credits your account with us. You can offer your bank information, Visa, Mastercard etc.....located on our homepage to the left, you will see a button called (pay invoice) or you will automatically receive a link provided to you via your invoice.
Will I be charged extra for last minute calls for service? No, their is no extra charge for "last minute calls" or days added to existing trips!
What if my pet gets sick while I'm away? We will transport your pet to your vet of choice or the nearest emergency clinic for the price of a standard pet sit and keep you informed. We will already have your vet information in our files.
How long are the visits? The visits are up to 45 minutes long, this includes walking, feeding, playing and administering medication if necessary. The walks are anywhere between 10-30 minutes long depending on the weather of course! On nice days the walks will be longer. On rainy days they may be just long enough for the pets to do their business and give them a bit of a stretch! We can always spend time playing with them inside where it is warm and dry.... if they like to romp around!
What is an "Intake" fee? An "Intake" fee is just the initial fee paid to our staff for compensation of his/her time spent with you and your pets to gather information, keys, 2 photos of your pets and copy of rabies certificates. This usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour.
